Most suitable for those of you due in March/April/May (but it's never too early or late to do a course!) A 12 hour jam-packed hours of birthy wisdom. Everything you need to know about how to birth your baby confidently and with ease. Split in to four bitesize 3hr sessions I'll talk you through what Hypnobirthing is, the science behind the mind & body when it comes to birth. How what we currently feel about birth makes such a huge impact on what happens when we give birth and how we can begin to think differently about birth by simply learning about how natural birth is. With lots of interactive learning to keep both you and your birth partner enagaged throughout we discuss where you might choose to give birth, what to pack, how to prepare your birth preferences and how to navigate the tricky maternity system. You'll learn all about the different types of pain relief available to you and how you can use Hypnobirthing and active birth to manage your comfort levels as well as so much more. This is an online, interactive group course run via Zoom
