A chatty, friendly and fluid baby-led class. Regain strength in your core and pelvic floor, follow your babies personal progression and chat with feel supported by like-minded parents. Come and join us before the class for a chat, a warm drink and some yummy snacks at The Warm Embrace before the class, from 11 - 12:15 at no additional cost!
