🌿❤️‍🔥🤱🏼🧘🏼‍♀️ Postnatal & Baby Yoga – Summer Sessions! This summer, our postnatal yoga classes will be family-friendly and super relaxed – because I’ll be bringing all three of my kids along too (plus their yoga mats 😅)! Older siblings are totally welcome – they can either join in or bring something to keep them busy - they're welcome to use the other hall! You can book the full summer course (more cost-effective!) or come PAYG if you need flexibility over the holidays. 🧘‍♀️ Starting Wednesday 23rd July 🗓️ No class on Wednesday 30th July – I’m taking that week off 📍Spaces are limited, so please book ahead to help me plan and keep sessions running smoothly. A lovely space to stretch, move and recharge – with no pressure and plenty of understandinh 💛 Can’t wait to welcome you and your little ones this summer!
