Service Description

This course contains 6 hours of birth preparation, split in to 3 or 4 sessions. Session 1: 1 hour of optimal foetal positioning and birth prep for your body. Session 2/3: 4 hours of Hypnobirthing Essentials (either 1x4 hour session or 2x 2 hour sessions) Session 4: A birth rehearsal - putting in to practice everything you've learnt in a Pregnancy Yoga style session. Practicing relaxing, moving and breathing, finishing with a birth rehearsal mind-map visualisation.
