Service Description
This workshop covers everything you and your birth partner need to know about birth plans in just 90 jam-packed minutes of fun & friendly interactive online learning. Suitable for anyone in their second or third trimester. We'll cover everything from what a birth plan is (or isn't!) and why you might benefit from putting this document together. We discuss the benefits of a birth plan, how to write them and what information to include. We discuss what birth is, how it works and the process of birth to ensure you cover every single aspect in your birth plans. We look in to why birth has been given such a bad reputation and how we can take control of our birth to ensure we come out of it feeling positive and empowered - it's not just about a healthy baby! We work through the practicalities of birth; how you plan one, what you might need, what happens if your birth takes a different path and other things to be aware of. I can also offer additional support to anyone who is being told they aren't allowed the birth they want by their Midwife or Doctor - take a look at my Ignite Your Power Workshop for specialised pregnancy and birth support. This workshop will take place online in an effort to keep costs as low as possible! Included in your investment you will also receive templates, samples and resources to help you pull together and write your birth preferences document.

Cancellation Policy
**Booking Policy – Classes & Activities** **Bookings & Payment** All bookings must be made in advance through Glow & Gather. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. **Independent Practitioners** Classes and activities in this category are delivered by independent practitioners using the Glow & Gather studio. Glow & Gather manages bookings and payments, but each practitioner is responsible for delivering their sessions, including appropriate qualifications, insurance and activity-specific safety requirements. **Cancellations & Missed Sessions** Spaces are limited, and bookings are non-refundable if you are unable to attend. If you can no longer make a session, please let us know as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we may be able to offer your space to someone else, but refunds, transfers and catch-up sessions cannot be guaranteed. For courses, missed sessions cannot normally be carried forward or credited towards future bookings. **Cancellations by the Practitioner** If a session is cancelled by the practitioner or Glow & Gather, you will be offered a replacement session, credit or refund for the affected session. **Babies & Children** Parents and carers remain responsible for their children throughout sessions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please follow any age guidance, safety instructions and participation requirements provided by the practitioner. **Health & Safety** Please complete any relevant booking or intake forms and inform the practitioner of any health conditions, allergies or additional needs that may affect participation. **Photography** Photographs or videos will only be taken or shared with appropriate consent. **Changes to Sessions** Occasionally, session times, practitioners or arrangements may need to change. We will communicate any changes as soon as reasonably possible. **Questions** For booking or payment enquiries, please contact Glow & Gather. Questions about the content or suitability of a particular class can be directed to the practitioner delivering it.
