Movement, breathing, stretching and bonding for you and your baby. A totally baby led class with a focus on creathing time and space for you all to get what you need out of the class.

Wednesdays 10 - 11am. £50 for 5 classes

Local meet-up for parents - sensory rooms, coffee dates, picnics and walks

An antenatal course for you and your birth partner with a focus on achieving the best birth possible. No nonsense, evidence based, practical advice and guidance. Birth planning, homebirth confidence and bespoke birth prep workshops also available.

A playgroup with a difference - this one is for you, the parents. A safe space for whoever needs it to come, drink a hot coffee, eat a snack and chat, laugh or cry with likeminded parents.
