Service Description

The perfect course for those of you thinking about or planning a homebirth. This workshop covers everything you and your birth partner need to know about homebirths in just 2 jam-packed hours of fun & friendly interactive online learning. Suitable for anyone in their second or third trimester. We'll cover everything from what homebirth is and why you might choose one. We discuss the benefits of a homebirth and some stats about them. We include a bit of Hypnobirthing and discuss what birth is, how it works and how homebirth supports the physiology of birth. We look in to why birth has been given such a bad reputation and how we can change our view of birth depending on our own past experiences or other peoples. We work through the practicalities of a homebirth; how you plan one, what you might need, what happens if your birth takes a different path and other things to be aware of. I can also offer support to anyone who is being told they aren't allowed a homebirth by their Midwife or Doctor - take a look at my Ignite Your Power Workshop for specialised pregnancy and birth support.
