Ideal for those of you short of time and unable to fit in a full antenatal course before baby arrives; this course is a bitesize version of my full Hypnobirthing Course. A private 1-2-1 class that that be personalised and tailored to your needs depending on what other antenatal classes you've already done or what your intentions for your birth are. Taking you through your birth journey from the very early signs of labour right through to supporting you and your baby on your transition from the womb to the world. Giving you really useful advice, practical guidance and all the Hypnobirthing tools and techniques you need to ensure you go in to birth feeling confident and empowered and come away feeling content. Suitable for every birth and every birther. Please feel free to drop me a message with any questions you've got. Sessions can be done online or in the comfort of your own home. I also offer a 6 hr Hypnobirthing Toolkit which gives you slightly more of an insight in to Hypnobirthing and how it works alongside all the tools and techniques.
