Safe Tables is our relaxed community meet-up for parents and carers navigating food allergies, intolerances and elimination diets with their babies and children.

Whether you're newly navigating symptoms, in the middle of an elimination diet, preparing for weaning, dealing with nursery or school, facing food challenges or have been reading labels for years – you're welcome.

There's no presentation and no pressure. Just a chance to meet other families who understand the mental load that can come with feeding a child with allergies.

Share experiences, swap practical tips, ask questions or simply have a cuppa somewhere you don't need to explain why food feels complicated.
