Choosing the right size (important):
Getting the right size birth ball makes a big difference to comfort and effectiveness.
 
As a general guide:
– Under 5ft → 55cm
– 5ft–5ft4 → 65cm
– 5ft4–5ft9 → 75cm
– Over 5ft9 → 85cm
 
If you’re on the cusp or have longer legs, you may prefer to size up for a better fit.
