Service Description

Restore, strengthen and relax and chat with your baby by your side. Join us at Wild Embers for a fun and friendly postnatal yoga class where mums can unwind, reconnect, and focus on your own well-being. This class is all about YOU, but we know that sometimes, baby’s presence adds a special touch. Whether you’re looking to strengthen, stretch, or just find a little comfort with old friends, we’ve got you covered. Our supportive, laid-back environment allows for plenty of chatting, bonding, and sharing with other mums—because we believe that self-care is best when you’re surrounded by a community. You'll enjoy a gentle yoga flow designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and ready to take on the challenges of motherhood, with baby by your side. Come for the yoga, stay for the support, and leave feeling recharged and connected. We can’t wait to see you (and baby!) at Wild Embers. Booking is for 5 weeks of postnatal yoga.
