A NEW weekly group for pregnant and new Mums and birth parents to meet-up, catch-up, have a hot drink and some adult conversation.
If you are pregnant or a new Mum and you're suffering with back or pelvis pain, or if have a baby who had a tricky birth and is crying a lot or quite unsettled this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Chat to the wonderful and very knowledgeable Lucy from Afon House Chiropractic clinic.
Not only is Lucy a new Mum herself but she specialises in Pregnancy & Paediatrics, she uses a really gentle technique to hold technique which babies can find really relaxing
Come along, absolutely no commitment. Just a one off £3.50 fee to cover hire costs and refreshments.
No structure, no agenda, just a place to plonk your baby down, vent, laugh, cry and share your highs and lows of the week.
