Service Description

Fancy joining us without committing to a full course? Drop-in spaces are available in selected Glow Together sessions, giving you and baby the chance to enjoy our relaxed postnatal and baby yoga classes whenever we have space. Expect gentle postnatal movement, core and pelvic floor connection, baby yoga, songs, relaxation and plenty of understanding when babies have other plans! £12 per session Suitable for mums and babies at all stages within our usual Glow Together age range. Please choose the session most suited to your baby's age/development when booking. Drop-in spaces are subject to availability. If you'd like a guaranteed space each week, our 5-week Glow Together courses are the best option.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Course bookings are for the dates booked and missed sessions cannot usually be refunded or transferred. Drop-in sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24+ hours' notice, subject to availability. Please complete your health form before attending. You remain responsible for your baby throughout the session.
