Service Description

If you're feeling a bit lost with your birth plan or it's getting derailed by health care professionals book an Ignite Your Power session with me to help you tune in to your intuuition, navigate your options, learn your rights and feel informed and empowered to make your own decisions. Whether you're being told your baby is too big, too small, you have gestational diabetes or another reason forcing induction earlier than you're comfortbale with or a BMI too high to use the pool or you might just be feeling as though you need someone to help guide you through what feels right to you because nobody else is listening. Get in touch and see if I can help! This workshop can take place online in an effort to keep costs as low as possible or at your own home if you'd prefer a more personal touch.
